Online notarization services are only available for affidavits and statutory declarationsBefore commencing an online notarization, it is important to ensure as to whether the receiver of your documents will accept a digitally notarized document or whether they require original hard copy signatures and stamps.For Digital Online Notarizations:
Book an appointment with us.
Send a scanned copy of the documents to the notary a minimum of 24 hours before the appointment. You will receive an email containing digital documents to be signed. Do not sign them before your meeting with the notary.
You will receive a Zoom meeting notification request for the appointment. Click on the instructions in the email in order to attend the appointment.
After completion of the meeting and payment for services you will receive an email with the notarized documents.
For Hard Copy Online Notarizations

After completion of the meeting, mail a copy of the signed documents to our office.
After payment for services you will be mailed the hard copy notarized documents. You will also receive a scanned copy.
